The modern lifestyle has had a detrimental effect on testosterone levels and ever increasing instances of men being affected by unexplained erectile dysfunction.

You can still enjoy up to 3 meals if you wish but eating only within a six hour period e.g 12-6pm or a smaller window if preferred. Fasting for short periods naturally balances all your hormones and gives some of your organs a rest and chance to detox especially your liver.
Lifting Weights and and Interval training.
This type of exercise has been shown to increase serum testosterone levels and burn fat and sugar which stimulates hormone production.
When you work your body this way even practicing moderate and light weights for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week combined with high intensity work outs in short bursts has a great effect.
Interval training also burns fat for 36 hours, lowers your resting heart rate, lowers blood pressure, activates blood flow to your brain and cleanses your lymphatic system.
Most men lacking in testosterone overload their bodies with processed foods. Foods with non nutrient calories and too much bad sugar and carbohydrates. By changing your diet to a more organic and non processed way of eating including natural healthy fats your hormone level dramatically increases.
Healthy fats include coconut oil, fermented dairy products homemade kefir, yoghurt, raw goat and sheep milk cheese but not supermarket bought dairy as that actually lowers your testosterone levels.

How to overcome erectile dysfunction naturally and permanently- kegel exercises
One of the most important factors when trying to overcome erectile dysfunction and for a healthy and hard erection is to practice PC Muscle lifts alternatively called Kegel exercises. After the age of 35 men naturally lose muscle tone in their penis. Just like the rest of your body if you don't do some sort of regular physical exercise your muscles in your body become weaker.
Kegel exercises, lifting and contracting your PC muscle are simple and effective to do in the privacy of your own home and there is a video on my About page if you're unsure but I will be explaining in detail.
Strengthening you PC muscle is often only one of a specific set of practices for optimum sexual well-being but it's well worth trying this if you feel your erection is just not as strong as it used to be and especially if you're over 40. This exercise also tightens the reflex spasm that causes involuntary ejaculation if you also experience premature ejaculation.

This is how you find your PC muscle-So when you go to the bathroom, during urination stop your flow midstream. The muscle that stops the flow is your PC muscle. So 6 days a week contract your PC muscle towards your buttocks, you should see or feel a slight lift at the base of your penis. 2-3 times per day do 20-30 small contractions (not during urination) just make a routine like doing the lifts as you brush your teeth, waiting for the kettle to boil etc. After 2 weeks try to work up to 100 contractions consecutively this is the magic number when you feel an undeniable increased strength to your erection and maybe increased girth which your partner will certainly notice.
