How to overcome erectile dysfunction naturally and permanently- kegel exercises
One of the most important factors when trying to overcome erectile dysfunction and for a healthy and hard erection is to practice PC Muscle lifts alternatively called Kegel exercises. After the age of 35 men naturally lose muscle tone in their penis. Just like the rest of your body if you don't do some sort of regular physical exercise your muscles in your body become weaker.

This is how you find your PC muscle-So when you go to the bathroom, during urination stop your flow midstream. The muscle that stops the flow is your PC muscle. So 6 days a week contract your PC muscle towards your buttocks, you should see or feel a slight lift at the base of your penis. 2-3 times per day do 20-30 small contractions (not during urination) just make a routine like doing the lifts as you brush your teeth, waiting for the kettle to boil etc. After 2 weeks try to work up to 100 contractions consecutively this is the magic number when you feel an undeniable increased strength to your erection and maybe increased girth which your partner will certainly notice.
