6 days a week do 20 or 30 small contractions it's about routine and doing these contractions, maybe while brushing your teeth or some other mindless activity you do every day.

Natural Ways to Treat Low Libido
'There can be many reasons that cause your sexual desire to plummet and we can look at a few simple things you can do if low libido or lack of sexual energy has just occurred or it's something that has affected you for many years.
If your sex life has always been amazing and then suddenly it's nosedived then hopefully it's something that can be tweaked by a few lifestyle changes, I know this is always talked about but it's the modern diet of processed food that gradually builds up toxins in your body. When you were young alcohol didn't seem to affect you but years of drinking builds up sugars in your body and affects your liver which depletes testosterone levels. I often treat men who've given up playing sports like Football and Rugby and within a year their sex life has taken a tumble, it's not so much the actual playing of the sport but that does make for a happy healthy life, it's their fitness level and weight gain and an inability to sleep because they're just not so physically tired from training and matches.
Deep breathing which is taught during my sessions is a good way to get all your vital organs working including blood flow to you penis.
